Sorico is the brain child of two entrepreneurs and close friends who wanted to end their never ending search for good cheese. Sorico celebrates this quest of theirs by providing premium high quality cheeses. The journey begin in early 90s when India was still discovering cheese under the leadership of Mr. K.D Bharal. The Sorico lineup ranges from semi-hard cheeses to soft cheeses and include the likes of Cheddar, Mozzarella and Nacho Cheese while also providing more exotic and rare to find types such as Mascarpone, Bocconcini, Ricotta and 13 more varieties at the time being. Sorico has now been able to meet our and their needs for gourmet ingredients for gourmet food while maintaining premium quality at affordable prices. All this goodness, and it’s also completely vegetarian.
