CeMat A/S is a joint-stock company domiciled in Denmark whose activity is focused on Poland. Current activity is centred mainly on generating maximum cash flows from its existing buildings and development business, including residential and service development projects. The company is growing its development business with the sale and construction of 105 apartments as well as retail units as part of the “Moje Bielany” project.
