McGrath’s Limestone (Cong) have been producing cement based liquid screeds for the past 15 years In association with the French company Cemexa Technologies Ltd, we have recently developed a new cement based liquid screed product for both commercial and domestic use. Cemfloor can be used in place of traditional sand/cement screeds and Calcium Sulphate Screeds in unbonded, bonded, domestic, and commercial floors. Cemfloor is a cement based liquid screed; which has a superior drying time, exceptional thermal conductivity, minimal or zero drying shrinkage, No laitance dust on the dried surface and numerous more benefits. Cemfloor screeds comply with EN 13813:2002- Screed Materials and Floor Screeds Properties and Requirements.
