CEMS provide project financing through an Energy Performance Contract (EPC) that is measured and verified through the International Performance Measurement & Verification Protocol (IMPVP). This protocol is internationally recognized as the most reliable way of commercially measuring EPC contracts. All our services include an easy to use mobile application that provides clients and contractors the ability to see in real time the performance of their services and the results of the energy optimisation program. Our ability to monitor multiple assets across multiple jurisdictions has resulted in significant growth since our inception in the UK. CEMS continues to grow internationally with offices in established markets such as the UK, USA, Canada and Australia, however recent trends have seen particular growth within emerging markets such as the Middle East and South East Asia.
