Based in Strassen Route Arlon, Christophe Chavillier , the CEO and founder had clear vision to create more than just a service but more of a ‘lifestyle’ concept to Luxembourg for the first time by creating a link to all sectors . The mother brand Cenaro development was born in 2018 and focuses on purchasing plots which are “ready to build”, additionally interesting renovation projects . Christophe decided upon a visionary idea, to integrate both Cenaro development and sales, creating fluidity and efficiently, by acquiring a sizable shareholder steak within HT Immobilier- a real estate agent established in Luxembourg for more than 8 years. Since the huge success of Cenaro development, Cenaro design was founded in 2019 creating a home interior one stop concept in Luxembourg, suppling innovative tiles and sanitary products for our new home buyers and also selling commercially within Luxembourg .
