Founded in 1980, CenClear is a non-profit organization committed to improving the lives of individuals and families across 15 counties in Western Pennsylvania. Originally established to provide preschool services to low-income families, CenClear has since expanded to offer a wide range of high-quality, evidence-based programs for individuals of all ages.

Preschool & Early Childhood Education – no cost to eligible families
Mental Health Services – Including outpatient, in-school, individual, family, and group therapy
Substance Use Disorder Treatment – intensive outpatient, outpatient, and Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) at select locations
We proudly serve over 6,000 people annually, with services spanning from Elk and Cameron Counties in the north to the PA/MD border in the south. Our programs are designed to meet the unique needs of pregnant women, young parents, toddlers, children, teens, and adults.
