Center for constitutional order (CENCORD)

The Center for Constitutional Order (CENCORD) was incorporated on 15th day of July, 2010. Certificate to Commence Business No. G-33,075 was issued to her on July 16, 2010. The Authourised Business or Name of Objects is to ensure total compliance of the Ghanaian commitment to Freedom, Justice, Probity and Accountability as well as to attain the ideals of Rule of Law. CENCORD is dedicated to the advancing and protecting the rights guaranteed by the Constitution of the Republic of Ghana together with all international legal regimes of which Ghana is an actor. It employs all forms of legal tools to ensure total compliance of the laws of the land. CENCORD is under the sole funding by Koi Larbi and Company, a private law firm in the Republic of Ghana.
