Cendalor LifeScience Ventures seeks to identify and commercialize undiscovered, yet highly differentiated niche pharmaceutical product opportunities within the U.S. market through either an acquisition, licensing agreement or creative partnership. Products of interest are those that are targeted at patients under the care of a specialist physician. The principals of Cendalor are well versed in all facets of building a pharmaceutical company having successfully started and eventually selling a branded company and a generic company. Potential candidates for commercialization will possess the following attributes: * Targeted at a specialty physician population. * Oral, transdermal or parental dosage forms. * Differentiated with some degree of therapeutic relevance. * In Phase III, awaiting approval or approved awaiting a commercial partner. * 505(b)2's representing a significant therapeutic advancement.
