Center for Dynamic Governance (C4DG)

The mission of the Center for Dynamic Governance (C4DG) is to create and develop purpose-driven, agile organizations that realize peak performance. This is achieved through the adoption of the C4DG Framework™, which includes the governing principles of consent, representation, and transparency. The C4DG serves both organizational adopters and professionals by offering: 1) Open-source standards, information, and resources (via a central website); 2) Training and implementation services - including systems and legal support (for the creation of formal bylaws and operating agreements); 3) Organizational and professional certification programs; and 4) A hub for professional service providers and partners. Our vision is that the C4DG principles and methods become widely adopted by organizations across all major sectors – resulting in an interlinking of organizations that eventually form a holistic self-governing meshwork that can act as a cohesive whole to solve both our local and global challenges.
