CJSW was founded by Dr. Kaitlyn Goubeau in 2020 in a response to assist communities and community members struggling with mental health, substance use disorders, housing insecurities, and other social challenges.
CJSW utilizes licensed clinical social workers and trained interns to create a variety of beneficial social work programs within communities. Working with behavioral health emergencies is a complex task and CJSW prioritizes training and education to ensure all CJSW social workers and staff are prepared to be effective in the field.
