We are an ESG-focused private-equity and venture incubation firm for a Missouri-based family office. What We Do —————— 01. Private Equity We help founder-owned-and-led business transition their businesses to the next-generation of owners while protecting their legacy. We make controlling investments in impact- and ESG-related businesses with EBITDA between $5-10M. 02. Venture Incubation We help technical founders build and scale new impact- and ESG-related ventures by providing them with the initial capital and supporting talent (CEO, marketing, finance, etc.) necessary to success. We let technical founders focus on the technology while we focus on the business. 03. Angel Investing We make angel investments in pre-seed to Series A companies. These will again be mostly focused on the impact- and ESG-related spaces, though we may occasionally go outside that mandate. How We Can Help ————————— 01.
