Centor Consulting provides all services relating to financial oversight in a manner that facilitates efficiency in monthly reporting, budgeting, and auditing.
• Post and process AP/AR – standing weekly review with CEO, or designee, of accounts payable and operating account transactions.
• Reconciliation of all operating accounts – monthly review with CEO or designee.
• Monthly reporting and forecasting inclusive of monthly and year to date financials – completed and submitted to CEO within five business days of month end.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders, accountants, and other service providers to ensure timely required reporting, filings, and audits for external agencies.
• Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable federal, state and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting.
• Continually evaluate vendor relationships and provide recommendations for reduced costs and/or increased efficiencies.
• Provide continuous risk assessment of current investments and banking relationships, recommend alternatives as needed.
