Provide leadership, direction and support to the staff and Board of Directors in developing organizational goals, fundraising, attaining and allocating resources and establishing policies. The Boys & Girls Club of Greater Salem has 3,000 members with an annual operating budget of $2 million.During my tenure with the Boys & Girls Clubs I developed new fundraising initiatives, worked with large donors to facilitate capital improvements, created new program partnerships, and increased capacity to serve. I have partnered with some of the industry leaders in software and services to maximize efficiency enabling Clubs to realize expense reductions and invest in program development and delivery.
