Planned Parenthood Empire State Acts (PPESA) is an independent, non-partisan, non-profit organization which represents Planned Parenthood in New York State. PPESA advocates for public policies that protect and support sexual and reproductive health, services, rights, and justice. PPESA also fosters and preserves a social and regulatory climate that protects and expands access to sexual and reproductive services and information. PPESA was formed in January 2017 by the union of Family Planning Advocates of New York State and Planned Parenthood Advocates of New York.
