Centragrid Energy Systems Africa is a developer, owner and operator of utility-scale renewable energy projects in Zimbabwe.
Leveraging its experience, expertise and collaborative partnerships, Centragrid is developing a suite projects to help fill the gap in energy infrastructure in Africa, to increase energy access and support broad economic development.
Centragrid is currently developing a 25MW photovoltaic solar power plant in Nyabira, Zimbabwe. This is amongst the first solar power projects to be implemented in Zimbabwe. Centragrid seeks to create a national footprint of well designed, constructed, managed and high performance solar power plants.
Construction of a 2MW solar block, is well underway, with commissioning expected in July 2019.
