This group was established in 2021 with the aim of enhancing the decision-making capabilities of senior management in Hong Kong's core strategic industries. It encourages cross-disciplinary exchange, sharing of management experiences, and the development of analytical and macro-management skills to prepare members for future challenges in higher-level management positions. The goal is for members to achieve greater success in their careers, contribute to Hong Kong's economic development, give back to society, and utilize social resources to improve the quality of life for Hong Kong citizens. Members of the group typically have a minimum of 13 years of work experience and hold degrees or professional qualifications from top global universities. They possess exceptional leadership potential, management experience, and professional knowledge. The group comprises individuals from various backgrounds, including specialist doctors, judges, university professors, and government honorees (MH, JP, BBS). Previous guest speakers have included C-level executives from corporations, board members of government agencies (including universities, the Hospital Authority, and the Airport Authority), scholars, former senior government officials, business leaders, and outstanding contributors to society.
