About Central Depository
Central Depository AD is the only organization in Bulgaria that is offering settlement of corporate securities in book-entry form. As part of its mandate, the institution maintains a national shareholders’ registry of public companies, operates a securities settlement system for trades between members, organizes Delivery versus Payments (DvPs) transfers and maintains a back-office system for pledges. Shareholders of the Depository are the Ministry of Finance, major commercial banks and investment intermediaries in Bulgaria.
