The Central Florida Dreamplex is a fitness and recreation facility for children and adults with disabilities and special needs. Through classes in gymnastics, dance, cheerleading, tae kwon do, and more, the Dreamplex gives children and young adults with special needs the opportunity to try new activities, maintain a healthy lifestyle, and make new friends!
The facility also offers strength training equipment that is entirely wheelchair accessible. Physical, occupational, and speech therapies are also provided at the Dreamplex through various therapy groups serving both children and adults.
