The Central Iowa Workforce Development Board (CIWDB) is dedicated to strengthening the workforce system in Central Iowa, serving the counties of Boone, Story, Dallas, Polk, Jasper, Madison, Warren, and Marion. As part of Iowa’s public workforce system, CIWDB partners and provides coordination and oversight to the local IowaWORKS office which provides comprehensive employment services and career development support at no cost to Iowans living in the counties we serve.
