The C symbolizes creativity, in which we will use in every decision made regarding all aspects of our restaurant; we love to live outside the box. The P represents personality, because we believe the life behind our restaurant constantly grows from the individual personalities of our Kitchen and Service partners who work hard everyday to communicate our vision; we love our Centralites. Lastly our H conveys hospitality, we strive for the best service in the entire city, essentially you are not a customer, you are our guest, our friend, and why we do what we do.
