Central Properties Management was born as a division of Central Properties in January 2011 and matured exclusively through client referrals over the following decade. In late-2020, CPM spun off of Central Properties to become its own autonomous unit and has continued to grow alongside its brother-company to today and into the distant future. We are a Property Management concern and Brokerage in VA, MD and DC. Owned and managed by Ben Sliwka, CPM continues its mission of providing concierge-level property management services throughout the DMV metro area.
