CQE’s internal training program for drill personnel is relatively extensive and undergoes continual development. The overall skill qualification of CQE’s personnel is increasing improving the company’s depth of skill and capacity in provision of drilling services. This can be attributed to both progressive personal development within the internal training program as well as the successful recruitment of appropriately skilled personnel.
