Established in 1994, Central Spectrum (M) Sdn Bhd (CSSB) are renowned for the success in developing Pulau Indah. We are a member of MBI Selangor with shareholders; Kumpulan Hartanah Selangor Berhad (KHSB) and Detik Jalur Sdn. Bhd., each holding 76.67% and 23.33% respectively. Led by Mohd Zapi Bin Abdullah as Chief Executive Officer, we aspire to develop Pulau Indah into a progressive and modern island featuring countless opportunities for business and living.
