In October 2014, Centrals became a wholly owned subsidiary of Resource Development Group Limited (RDG), a publicly owned consultancy and engineering services company specialising in the energy, resources and infrastructure industries.
As a result of the transaction, the existing shareholders of Centrals are now major shareholders in RDG and all directors and executives have remained in the business.
