Central Urban Development, Inc. is a not-for profit community development corporation formed in 2001 out of the vision of the leadership of the Northeast Church of Christ. The company's primary focus is addressing commercial and residential needs for northeast Oklahoma City. In 2004 the company launched its initial residential project, the construction of new quality homes in the John F. Kennedy subdivision. This housing effort was fully supported by private, city and support organizations whose mission is to see a total revitalization of this quadrant.
