Centre for Applied Neuroscience

We have been running courses that help people in many aspects of life, including personal life, parenting, work/careers, and in sports since 2010. We offer courses related to general life coaching, including our own Life Coaching Certification Course and Unstoppable Me Emotional Regulation for Kids Course, and a variety of Brain Health and Wellness courses including optimism and positive thinking, using failure for success, stress management. We also offer microcredentials in general psychological neuroscience and social neuroscience of diversity and inclusion. We teach both in-person courses at our Toronto location, virtually since 2014, and also come to your workplace. Learn more at our website.
