We are a Charitable Incorporated Organisation focused on providing grants for indirect access – via enabling self-directed education and research – to high impact careers that currently seem unreachable to our grantees. We provide the safety of community, along with food and accommodation, to individuals and charitable projects, until they upskill to a level of self-sufficiency in professional roles or are accepted into further study programmes. Examples of roles our grantees aim for include Artificial Intelligence Alignment Researchers, Researchers of other topics related to existential risk reduction and Effective Altruism (EA) more broadly, EA Community Builders, Operations Managers, Data Scientists, Designers and Emotional Intelligence Coaches. We have a constantly growing community of alumni and look to add more diversity to the projects we host.
