Centre for Human Resources and Development

Center for Human Resources and Development (CHRD) is a non-profit secular organization working for the development of women and children across the country. It was registered under the Societies Registrations Act XXI of 1860 and headquartered in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Our journey started with a humble initiative to provide educational facilities to the weaker section of the body. CHRD as an organization works towards the upliftment of marginalized and under-privileged sections of communities with a special emphasis on women, children, vulnerable and unskilled youth, socio-economically backward groups such as tribals, harijans and people coming under below poverty line category. We motivate people to work together to fight poverty, discrimination and exploitation so that these weaker sections of society someday be equal and free members in the society. Our Mission is to utilise the government grants and other funds for the betterment of the society by introducing adult education programs among the general public for eradication of illiteracy, spreading the knowledge for cottage industries and other sources for self employment, promoting sports etc so as to provide a sustainable environment for these weaker sections of society.
