The company was founded in 1985 by Craig W. Johnson and James F. Singleton and throughout has maintained its focus on superior retail locations in the Indianapolis, Indiana trade area. We are proficient in all aspects of commercial real estate from land acquisition, development and construction, through leasing and property management. Since 1985, Centre Properties has developed more than 2.2 million square feet of retail space at prime locations in and around the Indianapolis area.
