The Shaolin Wuji Center is a non-profit organization with a mission to transmit the teachings and values of traditional Chinese martial arts by guiding practitioners to establish a foundation of health, well-being, and peace, enabling them to unleash their physical, energetic, and spiritual potential. Our mission is to support leaders, professionals, artists, teachers, and those in the healing process in developing better harmony, bodily power, and mastery of energy and mind. The practices of martial arts, Qi Gong, and Tai Chi aim to promote a holistic balance of physical health, vital energy, and the mind, with the goal of achieving optimal well-being. It is possible to cultivate and maintain this harmonious state through study and practice within our school, if it resonates with your aspirations. We support this journey of optimizing health and general well-being and will be there to accompany you accordingly. It is also possible, and indeed exceptional, to go beyond and elevate ourselves to unforeseen heights. This is the true meaning of Gong Fu, the transcendence of self, and it is not reserved for any specific age group. In doing so, we will surpass our limits, liberate ourselves from our blockages, and achieve ever higher goals at each stage, putting in effort, letting go, and taking the time, all while rooted in the martial virtues that form the basis of our spiritual evolution. For those inspired in this direction, the Duan system will provide appropriate guidance. This system and its comprehensive teachings were originally structured by Master Shi De Cheng (Dengfeng, Henan, China) and Gao Shilin (Canada).
