The Centre For Community Wellbeing is about creating a space for those who feel empty, to come and pause, rest & breathe, to be able to unpack what is going on, in a non-judgemental/neutral space. It is also a space for different communities to explore and co-create approaches, strategies and pathways in their journey towards wellbeing.
We do this through bringing together and equipping a movement of Community Wellbeing Champions (CWC) to join us in advocating for self care and social care. Community Wellbeing Champions join us in community sessions to receive support and mini trainings on promoting wellness in their communities, and to co-create community wellbeing initiatives and strategies that will support and benefit their respective communities.
