Approaching mental health in the workplace by starting at the root causes will enable you to develop evidence-based, prioritised, cost-effective action plans. You will understand where you are regarding psychosocial risks, be able to identify where you want to be, and will have a psychologically-informed route to getting there. Our team of psychologists, researchers and business leaders at the University of Hull use qualitative and quantitative research methods to build on current approaches to Occupational Stress Risk Assessments (OSRA). We conduct an in-depth evaluation of stressors and strains in your workforce, consulting with you at every step to understand the organisational context. We deliver the data and insight you need to enable you to think differently about wellbeing in your organisation.
