Centrepoint Consulting Engineers is an independent civil engineering design practice based in Bellville, Cape Town. Established recently, the practice provides its services to the UK construction industry (remotely) and will be expanding its services to the South African construction industry. Our work is mainly focused on new residential and regeneration projects in London (UK) ranging from small to large scale and covers the whole life of a project, from concept through to detailed design for construction: • Scheme concept and master planning advice, including advice on the incorporation of (Sustainable Drainage Systems) into developments; • Support for Planning Applications, including Drainage Strategies, FRA’s, Levels, Earthworks, Utility Services, Road Layouts etc; • Detailed design to Building Regulations, DMRB, Sewers for Adoption and CIRIA guidance, Local Authorities Design Guides etc; • Designs to achieve relevant requirements of BREEAM and Building Regulations, and; • Securing technical approvals with local authorities and statutory bodies.
