Realizamos investigación independiente y rigurosa para difundir conocimiento sobre tecnologías digitales y su impacto sobre el desarrollo en América Latina;
Capacitamos a investigadores, así como a tomadores de decisiones en los ámbitos público, privado, y social, para que en sus respectivos ámbitos de acción promuevan y busquen el mejor aprovechamiento de las TIC; y
Promovemos el diálogo constructivo entre funcionarios públicos, empresarios, académicos y la sociedad civil sobre los desafíos e innovaciones en torno a las TIC.
