Centro Property Solutions

Centro Property Solutions was established in 2005 and currently manages a number of commercial properties located throughout South Africa. In December 2023 we decided to change the name of the company from Centro Property Group to Centro Property Solutions, as "Solutions" summarizes our services in a single word. In 2022 we started a division that sells businesses and in the short time that we've been active in this market it was proven that we have the skills to successfully match the buyer to the perfect business. We provide a comprehensive property management service, which includes, but is not limited to, the management and control of income, expenses, arrears, vacancies, facilities management, soft service, property maintenance, and financial management. Supplementary services include broking (leasing and sales) and project management (new developments, redevelopments and refurbishments). We are big enough to do the job, but still small enough to care.
