Centrum ISTDP Intensive Short Term Dynamic Psychotherapy

ISTDP Center consists of a team of professionals working in climatic offices located in a historic building next to Varso Tower and the Warsaw Central Railway Station. We also work online. The team consists of psychiatrists, psychologists and psychotherapists who conduct individual therapy, couple therapy and group activities. As a certified center of IEDTA (Intensive Experiential Dynamic Therapy Association) for many years we conduct supervisions, PRE CORE introductory trainings, 3-year CORE ISTDP trainings preparing to work in this therapeutic stream. We also organize advanced trainings - Advanced Core ISTDP, trainings for assistants and teachers. In our therapeutic and training practice we place particular emphasis on the AB- ISTDP stream, a variation of ISTDP based on the bond theory. For us, both the uniqueness of each person's personality structure and their individual attachment patterns formed in the first years of life are extremely important. We tailor the therapeutic process to the needs and abilities of our clients/patients, above all with love, care, precision and scientific honesty. Among our specialists there are people with many years of experience in the area of adult and adolescent development. We are practitioners and scientists coming from a broad community that we have been co-creating for over 5 years within the Polish ISTDP-PL Association. As a team, we participate in translating, publishing and writing ISTDP publications, books and manuals, and we lecture at renowned conferences at home and abroad.
