CEPCO is a family-owned property management company based in Minnesota. Since 1988, we’ve specialized in full-service rental housing management for both affordable and market-rate communities. We manage 40 properties statewide and have ownership in many of them, which means we manage like owners, with long-term care and accountability.
We’re fully authorized to manage properties in a wide range of housing programs, including HUD Section 8, USDA RD 515, Housing Tax Credit (Section 42), ARIF, MARIF, and more.
We know the compliance requirements inside and out, but our real focus is people.
