Since 1988, we’ve specialized in full-service rental housing management for both affordable and market-rate communities. We manage 40 properties statewide and have ownership in many of them, which means we manage like owners, with long-term care and accountability. We’re fully authorized to manage properties in a wide range of housing programs, including HUD Section 8, USDA RD 515, Housing Tax Credit (Section 42), ARIF, MARIF, and more.
