We aim to accelerate the Design & Make stages of the drug discovery Design-Make-Test cycle through the creation of innovative design software. In our experience, computational design processes excel at identifying novel compounds with the potential to improve the drug-likeness of a chemical series, however those processes often identify compounds that are challenging to synthesize, due to a lack of building block availability or enabling synthetic chemistry. Our goal at Cephalogix is to build design software that infuses knowledge of synthetic chemistry with design, enabling drug hunters to focus on the delivery of candidate molecules that are both high-quality and synthetically accessible.
