Cipa Gres S.p.A. was born with the production of "full mass material" in 1967. Starting with red stoneware, keeping traditions unchanged, with the transformation of its plants, for the production of fine porcelain stoneware. Obtained by kiln boiling at 1200, classified as UGL in its own right and belonging to the B1a group of water absorption for dry formed materials. It has a compact structure obtained from the mixing of raw materials and natural oxides, full thickness characterized by closed microporosity in chromatic uniformity, which gives the product: ingelivity, unassailable to acids and bases (hydrofluoric acid excluded)non-toxicity, non-combustibility (does not release fumes or polluting gases of any kind), resistance to abrasion, resistance to compression and breaking load (kg/cm2) and (N/mm2). Values regulated by international standards (EN 14411 ISO 13006). The development policy implemented in recent years has as its precise objective the production of ceramic tiles for the construction of residential and commercial environments, with furnishing solutions of high technological quality, image and Italian design, also through a company management that respects the values of ethics in personal relationships and protection of the environment in which we live.
