CerG-DPO is a reserach center encompasing all aspects related to human resources and people development in contemporary organizations through the values of collaboration, innovation, excellence and ethics. Members position themselves in collaboration with organizations to promote the emergence of innovative solutions allowing them to face the many current issues of attraction, retention, engagement and organizational performance, such as: Demographic issues ( labor shortage; intergenerational cohabitation, population aging; immigration; equity, diversity, inclusion; indigenous workforce); Structure of work (hybrid work, working time, duration and location of work, transformation of the employment relationship, career management); Technologies (artificial intelligence and new digital technologies). Through their work, CerG-DPO members propose solutions that affect various human resources systems such as: staffing; employee performance evaluation; human resources development; compensation; career management; employee motivation; and workplace relationships.
