Initially founded in 2020, Cerulean is a non-profit organization thriving to support Vietnamese youth to access a quality and inclusive education. Mission Statement Cerulean’s mission is to provide exceptional care to Vietnamese children by supporting them to access a quality and inclusive education. Vision Statement Cerulean thrives to build a sustainable future for all children and young people. The organization works towards a world where every child is heard, treated with respect, and loved.
