Ceruleum Group is a private investment group founded in 2023 by a merger of multiple entities to create a vertically integrated investment management platform. Ceruleum is currently managing a portfolio of existing portfolio businesses and new ventures in private equity, real estate, energy infrastructure, and international trade. The financial mandate is to achieve above-market risk-adjusted returns on behalf of its various direct investment and co-investment platforms. The non-financial objectives are to develop and promote the next generation of business models based on integration throughout the value chain, long-term operational excellence & sustainability, and extensive relationships with communities and other stakeholders.
