We design and produce Reach Stacker and Pick-Carry machines with high lifting capacity. Our machines, traditional reach stackers with capacity up to 60 tons and the evolution, pick and carry machines with current capacity up to 350 tons, unique on the market for capacity and applied technology. Moved by a hydrostatic drive system coupled with mechanical gearboxes, it is the ultimate expression of control and efficiency in movement. Depending on the requirements, the system is applied in 2 ways: hydrostatic system with 3-speed manual gearbox mounted hydrostatic system with gearboxes on drive wheels Our traction drive systems , respect to traditional reach stacker, are characterized by: • reduction of engine displacement and power • acceleration fluidity • reduction of sound pressure • reduced fuel consumption at low speeds • reduction in tire consuption • reduction of maintenance times and costs • reduction of noise / environmental impact Each of our machines is designed to be transported by standard trucks Is assembled at our factory, tested, then dismantled into parts. Shipping with commercial containers or trucks, then reassembled by the customer. Our lifting machines differ according to the type of load to be moved and the required capacity. We can apply on our machines various lifting systems, from container spreader and piggy back to special systems according to customer needs and to the load lifted and moved by the customer. One of the characteristics of our machines is the fluidity and continuity in the acceleration of the machine, only possible with a hydrostatic traction system. This continuity allows the machine to lift, move and position any type of load with extreme precision.
