Cevasa (Compañía Española de Viviendas en Alquiler S.A.) was founded in 1968, being a pioneer in the private promotion of Officially Protected Housing for lease and has promoted more than 2,000 protected rental homes, along with commercial and industrial surfaces.
In 1970 and in order to increase its shareholding base and enhance its activities, it incorporated its shares to official listing on the Stock Exchanges and since then has maintained its status as a listed real estate company.
Cevasa is currently the head of a business holding company with activities in the real estate sector, and its main objective is to develop equity investments in social housing.
