CFA Society Switzerland champions the highest standards of integrity and professionalism in the investment industry. We promote the CFA® designation, provide continuing education, and strengthen our professional network for a vibrant community of finance professionals.
Formerly known as the Swiss Society of Investment Professionals, the CFA Society Switzerland is a non-profit organisation, set up in 1996 as an association under Swiss Law and run by a board of volunteers. It was the third society of CFA charterholders outside North America to be directly affiliated with the prestigious CFA Institute, which includes more than 205,000 members in 158 countries.
The vision of CFA Society Switzerland is to be a leader in fostering the highest level of knowledge, professionalism, and integrity in the investment business. Its mission is to represent the interests of our members and the investment community by:
- Promoting the values represented by the CFA designation
- Providing continuing professional education
- Supporting CFA candidates
- Encouraging contact and communication among members
