Welcome from the CFDN is a registered charity (Charity number: 263075) and voluntary organisation dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities and their families of all faiths and none across Essex & East London. Our mission is to provide a supportive community for individuals living with disabilities and their families through a range of exciting and inclusive events, activities, support groups and networks. Our charity is run by volunteers, who are dedicated to keeping our community strong and vibrant. From swimming evenings, Saturday socials for older adults, bi-weekly pub group for adults, family BBQ's, seaside coach trips, adventure days at Lambourne End Centre for Outdoor Learning, seasonal masses and much more. We offer a diverse range of events to suit everyone's interests, family dynamics and age groups. At the CFDN, we believe that everyone deserves to feel included and part of a supportive community. Our charity is committed to making a positive difference in the lives of those we serve, and we rely on our amazing volunteers and donations to help us achieve our mission.
