CFO Part Time short term goals are to improve your business metrics by "one", one being one day of accounts receivable or 1% of turnover. The sum of all "one" improvements to the bottom line is significant. The medium and long term goals will define the shared vision. CFO Part Time will work with you and/or your board to improve cashflow, profit, business systems and present reports to show performance against strategy. Our Mission - provide short term interim CFOs or long term strategic financial partners. Interpret, analyse and present financial and related information to facilitate understanding of options to resolve complex problems and take available opportunities.
