Established in 2004, we are a company of more than 100 directly employed individuals and more than 35 domestic sub-contractors. We form one of the largest construction companies in Antigua and Barbuda. Having successfully completed over 60 high-end house builds and commercial projects ranging from US$450k to US$5m; we continue to expand our team of construction managers on both islands; consisting of both local and international professionals with a wealth of experience and knowledge. Our equipment list is extensive and our suppliers are well accustomed to working with our firm timelines, ensuring our program times are reliably met. Our team at our Head Office and in our satellite offices provide an efficient service to include project administration, logistics, procurement and accounting.
