CGCC was established in Baghdad, Iraq, in 2003, as a response to the need for a construction company highly-integrated with the international companies that began to get involved in the Iraqi market at the time. As a response to the rapid growth of the company's operations, CGCC decided to expand its activities to the UAE, which materialized in opening a new branch of the company in Dubai in 2005. In 2006, CGCC extended its operations to Sharjah, UAE. In 2007, the majority of CGCC’s shareholders decided to take advantage of the dynamic business atmosphere in Ajman, UAE, and joined a new structure established and named HUNKO Building Contractor. Since then, CGCC teams have worked closely together to accomplish the most challenging projects with the highest standards of quality. We have a wide and varied experience in project management, consultancy, construction, and infrastructure. We implemented several projects for the authorities, local governments, and other agencies. We are a mix of skills and experience in connection with design and build projects. We applied our skills in many sectors in the design and build and construction industries, both in the public and private sectors.
