We're a talent collective that supports women develop their careers and get hired at top-tier companies in Web3 and AI. We’re a small community-first recruiting agency with a focus on diversity. After working in web3 for several years and running the crypto girls club community, we noticed there was a gender imbalance in the industry, yet many founders in the space actively wanted to and could not find a way to fix this. Through our experience running inclusive communities, we have a large network and database of women actively seeking new opportunities. But this isn’t just about gender equality.
